Return and refund procedure

If your Beloutfit item does not suit you for valid reasons (size too large, damaged product, non-conforming product, changed your mind, etc.), you have 14 calendar-days from receipt of the order to inform us of your situation.

To do so, please use the product return form.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will check the condition of the article and start the refund procedure.

Beloutfit articles can be refunded directly to your account.

As a reminder, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer (including customs duties).

Please note that returned Beloutfit items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, and in their original packaging with their original label;
